Key Responsibilities:
Process & Documentation Control

Interpret and understand detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

Compile and update Manufacturing Instructions, Route Cards, T-Sheets, and Batch Cards.

Produce Inspection and Test Plans to ensure product quality and compliance.

Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support Engineering Change Processes.

Manufacturing Process Development

Inspect finished components and tooling using 3D probes and measurement systems.

Modify and interrogate CNC programs to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with production standards.

Troubleshoot manufacturing and programming issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow.
Continuous Improvement

Lead and support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen events) across manufacturing operations.

Implement operational best practices and contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives.

Ensure all processes align with company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required:

- Support project management in cross-functional activity required for project execution.
- Ensure that Environmental, Health and Safety, manufacturing quality standards and procedures are adhered to.
