One of the Worlds leading insights agencies are seeking a new Marketing Researcher to join their team on an immediate starting part-time contract role. For this position, it is open to both UK and Korean based professionals - you must be able to work to UK Time as you'll be directly supporting their team based in London.
This will be a fully remote operating role and will run until at least the end of 2025 with potential for further extension.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading client accounts, delivering against their research road map, work across a number of functions spanning marketing and the broader business, satisfying a range of business challenges through qualitative research methods, desk research, community moderation and ad-hoc analysis work.
Key Skills Requested:
- Fluent Korean is essential
- Community management (moderation) or similar platform experience
- Experience in leading IDIs/FGs would be advantageous but not essential.
- Report writing
- Qualitative research background
- Survey & data management support
- This person will be closely working with community moderator (AC) in the account and will be guiding and supervising this person.
- Can be based in UK or Korea (as long as person can flexibly work with some overlap with UK hourrs/team)

The data processing team DP has 12 experienced Data Processors, who are responsible for ensuring data processing runs seamlessly and tabulations and data are delivered on time to clients. You will report to the Associate Director.
Required skills
- Proven experience in data processing within a commercial environment;
- Quantum experience (beneficial but not essential as training will be provided);
- proficiency in Excel;
- experience in SPSS (beneficial);
- excellent attention to detail, consistently delivering work to the highest quality to required deadlines;
- excellent time management skills (with the ability to work on multiple projects at once);
- ability to work well under pressure;
- excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
- ability to work independently and also be a great team player;
- ability to communicate clearly and confidently with the internal team (other data processors, survey managers, scripters and programmers) and with clients;
- ability to proactively solve problems and escalate issues if necessary;
- ability to follow all data processing processes meticulously; and
- ability to learn and use SPSS, VB and the unix operating
