A leading organisation in the property space is investing heavily into its data capabilities and is now looking for a Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics to take ownership of BI strategy, lead a growing team, and drive the adoption of modern cloud and AI-enabled analytics.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and deliver the organisation’s BI and analytics strategy, aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI developers and analysts, building capability and driving best practice.
- Oversee the design and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in Power BI, ensuring scalability and adoption across the business.
- Manage the Azure-based data environment, ensuring data quality, governance, and security.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business units, embedding analytics into decision-making.
- Stay ahead of BI/AI trends and introduce tools and practices that add measurable value.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- 5+ years’ leadership experience in BI, analytics, or data science, ideally in high-volume or customer-centric environments.
- Strong SQL and Power BI (DAX, modelling) skills, with proven hands-on ability.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling BI teams.
- Experience delivering BI strategies and aligning analytics with business KPIs.
- Background in Azure data platforms.
Desirable:
- Python for automation and analytics.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven BI (e.g. natural language querying, automated insights).
- Experience with CI/CD for BI solutions and version control (Git).
