Your responsibilities will include.
As our new Head of Consumer Insights, you will:
Strategic Leadership: Develop a consumer insights roadmap, partner with leadership to answer critical business questions, and champion a data-driven, consumer-centric culture.nResearch & Analysis: Lead all research projects from start to finish—including brand tracking, segmentation, and concept testing—and synthesize data from various sources to build a holistic view of the consumer.nBrand Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to brand teams by analyzing brand health and helping to refine communications and creative briefs.nStorytelling & Communication: Transform complex research into clear, influential insights and compelling presentations for all levels of the business.nManagement: Manage the departmental budget and key relationships with external research agencies.
What you’ll bring.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related field, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or management role.nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.nProven track record: Can demonstrate business benefits of where insight has been deployed in recommending changes in brand strategy or innovation or creative development that has driven brand growthnMethodological Expertise: Deep expertise across a full range of qualitative (e.g., focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, conjoint analysis, A/B testing, segmentation) research methodologies.nAnalytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to interpret and synthesise complex data from disparate sources.nBusiness Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect consumer insights directly to business challenges and strategic objectives.nMarketing expertise: Passionate about marketing and understanding how brands grow. Invests time keeping up to date with latest marketing thinking and is able to give a critical perspective based on the evidence available. THE ROLE:
The Market Research Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Working under the supervision of more senior members of the data science team to design market research projects with an analytic component (e.g. driver analysis, segmentation, conjoint)
- Performing cleaning and analysis of survey data according to project need – from simple tables to more complex explorations
- Demonstrating a willingness to work co-operatively with others for the overall benefit of the company
