The Field Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the EMEA Wholesale Marketing Manager and local sales teams to develop and implement wholesale marketing campaigns for icebreaker and Smartwool in Northern Europe, ensuring high-quality execution across all channels and partnerships.
**How You Will Make a Difference**
+ Collaborating closely with the EMEA Trade Marketing Manager to develop and implement wholesale marketing campaigns across Northern European countries (UK & Ireland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland) for icebreaker and Smartwool.
+ Partnering with local Sales teams to build and support relationships with strategic wholesale partners
+ Creating comprehensive marketing plans, detailing execution across all channels to drive demand, enhance consumer engagement and increase conversion rates.
+ Leading coordination with third-party agencies to execute seasonal account marketing campaign plans at the local level (in-store setups, events).
+ Monitoring and improving marketing activities and results to increase performance, optimize budget expenditures, and boost sell-through rates.
+ Developing and coordinating bespoke wholesale projects (such as pop-ups and shop-in-shops), to ensure their high-quality execution throughout the year.
+ Tracking and monitoring production budgets to ensure compliance with company-approved figures.

Key Responsibilities
