Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including website management, user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and transaction processing.
- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different channels to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies, technology providers, and platform partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing and e-commerce team.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior e-commerce and digital marketing leadership role, with a strong track record of driving online sales growth.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies.
