Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative vision and strategy for all experiential marketing projects, from initial concept development to final execution.
- Conceptualize and present innovative, award-winning ideas for brand activations, pop-up shops, immersive installations, product launches, and large-scale events.
- Collaborate closely with account management, strategy, production, and digital teams to ensure creative concepts are feasible, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives.
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Oversee the creative process from brief to delivery, ensuring all creative output is of the highest standard and exceeds client expectations.
- Develop compelling visual and narrative concepts that translate complex brand messages into engaging, memorable experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience behaviours to continuously innovate and differentiate our client's offerings.
- Present creative concepts and proposals confidently and persuasively to clients, effectively articulating the rationale and potential impact.
- Manage creative budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and on schedule.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all experiential touchpoints.
- Contribute to new business pitches and the development of agency marketing materials.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably within advertising, experiential marketing, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful, innovative experiential campaigns and brand activations.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, driving high-quality output.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking, storytelling, and strategic planning skills.
- Deep understanding of various experiential marketing tactics, event production, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant design software is not required, but a strong aesthetic sense and understanding of design principles is essential.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing in-office collaboration with remote focused work.
- A passion for creating impactful and memorable brand experiences.
