Our client is a rapidly growing company in the environmental sector. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to control all marketing and lead generation for their B2C division.
The ideal candidate will be a true marketing visionary with experience of multi-channel marketing, including digital, retail, lead generation and brand strategy. You need to have worked in a business with "big ticket" sales vaue as this is a high-value single sale environment. Customers will buy once and will not need to come back and buy again.
Due to their rapid growth and future plans it is essential that the new Marketing Director has the ability to work and pace and react to changes in this emerging market. No idea is a bad idea.
If you have experience of working in a B2C business that has explored the option of pop up stores in retail environments this would be a definite advantage as they explore this route to market.
In addition, the successful candidate will:
- Oversee the development and roll-out of an interactive selling platform li>Develop branded marketing campaigns
- Work alongside the call centre and Dialler Manager to ensure a cohesive strategy in customer conversion.
- Be a sig ificant part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
