Job description
We're looking for someone who can lead the delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for HMRC-across low-cost/no-cost and paid channels. In this role, you'll also take ownership of a holistic, connected always-on search strategy (covering both SEO and Paid Search) that supports all our campaigns and ensures people can easily access the information they need, whenever they need it.
You'll be working closely with internal digital teams and external agencies to make sure everything is optimised, evaluated, and continuously improved.
There are two core elements to this role, including:
Integrated Campaign Leadership:
- Planning: Lead and co-ordinate key marketing paid for campaigns from end-to-end, working with Communications Business Partners to understand business objectives, and seeking input from specialists across the Communications Directorate and agencies to effectively plan marketing campaign.
- Delivery: Oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns across paid for channels, supported with low cost/ no cost. Using data to optimise the campaign to drive greater effectiveness.
- Evaluation: Leading post campaign evaluation against business objectives, calculating ROI and providing key learnings.
- Leadership: Leading a team (at least two direct reports) a group of agencies and virtual project team to plan, deliver and evaluate campaigns.
Connected Search Expertise:
- Develop holistic always on connected strategy for Search that goes beyond the traditional search engines and considers places where customers search for data (including blogs, YouTube, etc.)
- Serve as a subject matter expert in search strategies, encompassing both Paid Search and SEO, to optimise how HMRC customers discover and access information and support resources.
- Drive continuous improvement in search performance through data analysis, testing, and implementation of best practices.
Other responsibilities:
- Overseeing running of virtual project teams, ensuring effective collaboration across different expert teams (Digital, PR, External Affairs, etc.).
- Developing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Acting as an adviser on marketing campaigns content and delivery.

We're looking for a strategic, people-first marketing leader to drive our Talent Solutions strategy across EMEA and LATAM. As Director of Field Marketing, you'll lead and inspire a diverse team of 10+ marketers, owning regional strategy and performance across the full funnel - from budget to pipeline.
Your team will serve as trusted partners to Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing organization, delivering integrated programs that drive demand, accelerate deal velocity, and deepen relationships with new and existing customers. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence cross-functionally, and a knack for translating global priorities into regionally relevant plans.

**?Responsibilities include: **
+ Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, diverse team of 10+ field marketers across a complex and varied EMEA & LATAM region.
+ Own and manage regional field marketing targets, ensuring optimal use of the allocated budget to maximize impact across industries, segments, and geographies.
+ Build strong partnerships with EMEA & LATAM Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Operations leadership, coaching the field marketing team to operate as strategic partners embedded within sub-regional teams.
+ Define the field marketing strategy for customer acquisition and growth, including planning and resource allocation - aligned with sales priorities, go-to-market approaches across sub-regions, and both global and regional marketing priorities.
+ Guide the team in delivering best-in-class field marketing programs - including regional events, technical workshops, targeted webinars, partner and channel initiatives, localized content syndication, and account-based marketing campaigns for strategic accounts.
+ Partner with regional marketing leads in Growth, Content, and Product Marketing, while also building strong relationships with global marketing teams and centralized programs to maximize impact, ensure consistency, and scale efforts across the region.
+ Analyze market trends to inform and refine marketing strategies, working with regional partner teams to determine next best actions.
+ Develop and deliver performance tracking for key marketing programs - enabling data-driven decisions and aligned actions with key stakeholders.
+ Willingness to travel within the EMEA & LATAM region (~10-20%) and periodic travel to the United States (~2-3x per year)
**Basic Qualifications: **
+ 10+ years of relevant marketing experience in roles that involve building strategy and go-to-market plans, such as field marketing, product marketing, consulting, integrated marketing, industry marketing.
+ 5+ years of experience hiring, managing and developing both individual contributors and people managers
**Preferred Qualifications:? **
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear insights/implications
+ Demonstrated knowledge of the EMEA & LATAM region
+ Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to influence and drive initiatives forward
+ Strong understanding and experience of having devised and executed account-based marketing strategies
+ Ability to break down an ambiguous or complex problem, structure a solution and offer recommendations
+ Proven track record of developing and executing high impact go-to-market strategies?
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in business discussions.
