What you’ll do:

  • Join our Media Insights & Planning team (MIP) within the Media Solution business for expertise in media planning, with a focus on leveraging insights to drive impactful strategies.

  • Utilize a blend of creativity and strategic acumen to develop tailored media plans for our partners, with a keen understanding of audience dynamics, touchpoints, and media landscape across various channels including onsite, programmatic, social media, and others.

  • Offer exceptional support to our EMEA region and global partners, ensuring their media strategies align with business objectives.

  • Foster positive relationships with global Sales teams, guiding them on best practices and integrating insights into campaign strategies.

  • Effectively communicate insights derived from booking/search, industry trends, and macroeconomic data to inform and enhance advertising campaign strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with team members across NA, LATAM, and EMEA regions to provide pre-campaign and strategic support to our global Sales team.

  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Yield, Operations, Strategy, and Product teams to drive innovation and automation in our systems, tools, and processes, enabling more efficient media planning and sales operations.

  • Act as a representative of the MIP team in cross-functional initiatives across Media Solutions.

  • Lead efforts to understand partner business objectives and develop solutions to drive their advertising strategies forward.

Who you are:

  • Experience working in a data-driven, analytical environment where insights drive strategic decisions, particularly within the realm of media planning.

  • Alternatively, experience in ecommerce, tech, digital marketing, or business consultancy roles. Or, experience in the travel industry, specifically in digital marketing and ecommerce, including roles at Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • A strong passion for transforming data into actionable insights and crafting compelling narratives to inspire ideas and decisions, both internally and externally.

  • Motivated by problem-solving and adept at uncovering solutions through cross-functional collaboration and data analysis to enhance business effectiveness and efficiency, ultimately driving revenue generation efforts.

  • Proven track record of excelling in project management for key business initiatives, including Objective and Key Results (OKRs), process design changes, and the development and implementation of data visualization tools tailored for media planning.
