We have an exciting opportunity at Jimmy Choo for a Product Merchandising Administrator to join the Shoes Merchandising team based at the Head Office in London, in a permanent position reporting to the Merchandising Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Analysis:
- Support with weekly sales analysis for all shoe categories, identifying best sellers, sale trends and opportunities through actively interpretating the data into action points
- Support in Trade meetings
- Maintain product architecture documentation – functionality, client end use and price positioning
- Support in seasonal collection analysis and Ad-hoc analysis as requested by the Merchandising team
Co-ordination of the Collection:
- Analysis of relevant competition in terms of prices, offer, structure of collection
- Analysis of key market trends
- Supporting the Merchandising Manager with creation and maintenance of the product launch documents, coordinating with product teams to ensure alignment
- Responsible for the set up and maintenance of the collection in our internal system (PLM)
- Coordinate timely receipt of first set of samples in London and monitor sample shipments between showrooms
- Support in the set up and maintenance of the collection overview and other internal systems used during the sales campaign
- Support in set up of presentations and training documents before the Seles Campaign
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Graduate Calibre (or equivalent)
- Experience in working for a fashion brand
- Excel skills, Product Management Software skills
- Excellent communication skills, detail conscious, problem solver, planner, organised thinker able to work under pressure, deadline and delivery driven

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Develop and lead the global visual merchandising strategy to ensure consistency, innovation, and alignment with seasonal campaigns and brand direction.

- Build capability within store teams through training programs, workshops, and toolkits, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, safeguarding visual integrity and ensuring all displays reflect our ethos and deliver a premium customer experience.
Requirements
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Extensive experience in visual merchandising, with a track record of leading large-scale retail environments as well as smaller scale department store counters, ideally in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of how VM drives sales and enhances brand equity, with the ability to align creative concepts to business goals.
- Strong awareness of retail and consumer trends.
- Excellent ability to manage complex, multi-market projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver under tight timelines.
- Skilled in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp, with an ability to translate creative ideas into practical execution.

Overview

The Role and Candidate
We are hiring Regional Merchandising Planners (Europe) to take ownership of category-level planning across multiple countries and channels. This role is responsible for aligning forecasts, tracking sell-through performance, and adjusting inventory flow for key product categories within the POP MART assortment.
Reporting to the Merchandising Planning Manager, you will act as the go-to category expert for commercial planning, launch execution, and lifecycle analysis. You will work closely with HQ Merchandising, Retail, and Supply Chain to ensure that product launches are well-executed and that stock remains healthy throughout each product’s life.
Responsibilities
Category Forecasting & Commercial Planning
- Develop detailed sales and demand forecasts by SKU, country, and channel, tailored to category dynamics and market seasonality
- Consolidate commercial goals with bottom-up market data to build accurate, forward-looking category plans
- Maintain forecast integrity from pre-launch through post-launch performance
Product Lifecycle Management
- Own the planning and sell-through monitoring of all launches, replenishments, and discontinuations in your category
- Identify ageing stock early and coordinate mitigation actions such as markdowns, reallocation, or liquidation proposals
- Guide product exit timing and lifecycle decisions in partnership with Merchandising and Retail
Planning Governance & Market Coordination
- Act as the lead category contact for country retail teams, BD managers, and HQ stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure inventory flow and launch readiness align with warehouse and allocation timelines
- Participate in S&OP, campaign planning, and cross-functional readiness meetings as needed
Reporting & Commercial Insights
- Prepare regular dashboards and deep-dive reports to track category performance, sell-through, forecast accuracy, and stock risk
- Present insights and recommendations to the Merchandising Planning Manager to support decision-making and seasonal reviews
- Continuously refine tools and planning templates to improve data clarity and usability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5–8 years of experience in merchandising planning, category management, or commercial forecasting
- Solid background in managing high-SKU portfolios and supporting multi-country or multi-channel retail businesses
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with Excel; experience with planning systems or BI tools is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across functions and regions
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with local design and product team
Desirable but Not Essential
