The Role

As Head of Design & Creative, you’ll lead a talented in-house studio, blending visionary art direction with efficient project management. From packaging to digital, retail to campaigns, you’ll oversee the entire creative output – ensuring it’s not only on brand, but inspiring and effective.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full creative pipeline to deliver projects on time and to brief
  • Leading weekly production meetings and overseeing traffic across design, copy and content
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop briefs and asset plans
  • Directing seasonal campaign photoshoots and ensuring consistency across all visual assets
  • Approving final designs and maintaining a high bar for brand quality
  • Leading and mentoring a studio team of designers, artworkers, and freelancers
  • Partnering with external creatives, agencies and production teams
  • Owning and evolving brand guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Creating effective launch toolkits and on-brand copy
  • Ensuring cohesive storytelling across packaging, digital, retail and social media
