The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant (Security) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing security expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
Our technical Security Consultants to help our customers build comprehensive security models, transform how they secure their sensitive workloads and develop their technical expertise.
Our security consultants deliver architecture guidance, develop security infrastructure and patterns in code, lead proof-of-concept projects, and conduct security workshops for customers. AWS security consultants collaborate with customers to address security and compliance challenges, and they help implement and migrate customer solutions and workloads onto AWS.
Professional Services engage in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing collective experience from across the AWS customer base and are obsessed with helping our customers succeed. We collaborate across the entire AWS organisation to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.
This is a customer facing role. You will be required to travel to UK client locations (3-4 days on customer site per week) to deliver professional services to our customers.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience as a technical Security consultant with hands-on technical expertise in building AWS cloud security capabilities in code and deploying infrastructure in code

Mandatory Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across varied environments, independently and effectively

- In-depth understanding of public cloud platforms and deployment best practices
