Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including mail distribution, visitor reception, and ensuring the office is tidy and well-maintained.
- Oversee facilities management, coordinating with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
- Manage office inventory and procurement of stationery, equipment, and other necessary supplies.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with meeting room bookings, catering, and setup for in-office meetings and events.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll administration.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff as needed.

Qualifications:
