Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine reservoir models using advanced simulation software to predict future performance and optimize field development plans.
- Conduct detailed reservoir studies, including core analysis, well test interpretation, and production data analysis.
- Perform decline curve analysis and material balance calculations to forecast production and reserves.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and economic evaluations for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with geoscientists, production engineers, and drilling engineers to integrate geological and engineering data.
- Monitor reservoir performance, troubleshoot production issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of reservoir management programs, including injection strategies and well interventions.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in reservoir engineering technologies and methodologies.
- Mentor junior reservoir engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to the company's strategic planning and business development efforts related to asset management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in reservoir engineering, with significant exposure to offshore oil and gas operations.
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, INTERSECT, CMG) and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of reservoir geology, petrophysics, and fluid properties.
- Proven ability in developing and implementing reservoir management strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
- Experience with economic evaluation techniques for oil and gas projects.

Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
