The Private Equity owners wish to appoint a new Managing Director who will have the challenge of continuing business growth, maintaining high levels of EBITDA, and also maturing and preparing the business for planned IPO.
This role has arisen as a result of the existing Managing Director / CEO deciding to move on from the business following the completion of an earn out.
