This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader within residential lettings to take ownership of a well-established operation, driving strategic growth while overseeing the day-to-day running of the business.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sizeable portfolio of over 5,000 units, managing a team of 50+ staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to landlords and tenants alike. Reporting into the wider leadership team (COO, CFO, CEO), you will take full accountability for financial performance, operational delivery, and organisational development.
