What the day will look like
You will take ownership of leading new business opportunities for the DB Sales team, driving the end-to-end sales process from initial client engagement and solution design through to pitch and closure.
Drawing on your deep understanding of our investment solutions and your established connections, you will ensure that RFPs and pitches for our most strategically important opportunities are of exceptional quality, highly tailored, and position Aon as a market leader.
You will be responsible for initiating and owning key client conversations, leading meetings and presentations, and ensuring that all partners are engaged and aligned throughout the sales journey.
You will mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture and supporting their growth. As a senior leader, you will drive engagement with internal stakeholders, cultivate positive relationships, and identify and convert new opportunities across Aonu2019s client base.
You will also contribute to the teamu2019s efforts in building relationships with Third Party Evaluators and Professional Trustees to support new business generation. Additionally, you will play a key role in broader initiatives as they emerge in the fast-paced, innovative Investment Business.
