I’m working with a leading global managed services provider delivering advanced data protection and cyber resilience solutions across multiple industries — including consumer products, healthcare, legal, and education. Operating internationally from secure facilities across the UK, US, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, they help organisations strengthen their defences against data loss and ransomware.
They’re now looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to join their growing UK team based in Leeds.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a structured and proactive Project Manager who enjoys leading technical delivery projects and coordinating teams across functions. You’ll take ownership of implementation and disaster recovery (DR) projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, strong communication, and timely, high-quality delivery for clients.
The role will report initially into the Product Management Director during a key phase of product launches, before transitioning into the Project Management Office (within 6–9 months).
It’s a hands-on, high-impact position within a business that’s scaling quickly — ideal for someone who’s confident working in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of implementation and DR projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Set timelines in line with client contracts and manage any risks or delays.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Oversee documentation, quality assurance, and reporting throughout each project.
- Identify and drive process improvements across project delivery.
- Provide clear project completion and handover documentation.
Who They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within technology, managed services, or data-driven environments.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving setting.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- PRINCE2 or similar certification would be beneficial.
- Ideally available to start at short notice or within the next few weeks.
The Offer
- Hybrid working (1 day a week in Leeds).
- Inclusive, collaborative culture with plenty of autonomy.
- Regular team events and opportunities for development.
- Competitive package within a growing, forward-thinking business.
Additional Info
- You must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
- Background checks will be required prior to start.
- Minimal travel (less than 10%).
If you’re an experienced Project Manager who’s available to join quickly and wants to make an immediate impact in a business at the forefront of data protection and cyber resilience, I’d love to hear from you.
