Project: New Build Commercial Unit

The ideal candidate will have a Construction related Degree or Trades background and have full build ability from Ground to completion on Multi-Million Pound Construction Projects.

SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Required.

Contract: 6 months+ (Outside IR35)

We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver critical civils and infrastructure works within the water and telecoms sector. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle - from planning through to delivery - ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant outcomes.

• Lead the delivery of civils and utilities projects within water/telecoms infrastructure.

• Manage project planning, resourcing, risk, and reporting.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.

• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance against KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with H&S, environmental, and quality standards.
