Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in process improvement, operational excellence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
