Job Description
Our client, a rapidly growing innovator in the B2B technology solutions sector, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead sales efforts in Bristol, South West England, UK . This role is critical to expanding our client's market share and driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new enterprise-level clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and understanding complex customer needs to offer tailored technology solutions.

- Design and present customized proposals and solutions, demonstrating the value proposition of our client's offerings.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at senior levels within client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, cloud computing, and digital transformation concepts.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
