What Are We Looking For?

Following continued success, our Asset Management team is looking for a Project Manager to join the team in our office based in Basingstoke. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of System Integration projects, or key elements within projects, and manage the performance of projects end-to-end.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be working for a company that has been established for nearly 100 years, this company offers a comprehensive range of services, within the Civil Engineering industry, from conception through construction to project delivery.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational success of a project from award through to end of maintenance period. It is important for this individual to display exceptional leadership skills explaining what is required on Site and how this will take place. This person will be responsible for identifying why events have occurred on site.

• Plan upcoming work, procure subcontractors, and place orders for long lead in materials.
• Chair weekly site meetings to ensure your site team, (Site Manager/Foreman, Site Engineer) understand what is to be done by when & what can be improved upon & learned from.
