As the first point of contact, you will provide a professional front-of-house service while supporting the wider office team with administrative duties.
Key Duties
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answering and directing incoming calls.
- Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating appointments.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
Requirements
