**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in demand planning, forecasting within the Telco, consumer hardware industry.
+ 6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting within hardware, Telco, consumer electronics or fashion industry.
+ Experience building long term confidence forecasts that incorporate baseline models, promo/event lifts, pricing elasticity, new product introductions, channel insights, and participant analysis.

**About the role:**
This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful commercial reporting and operational support to drive sales performance and execution excellence. Acting as a key liaison between Commercial, Sales, and other internal teams, the position manages end-to-end processes including customer openings, moves, closures, depletions tracking, invoicing coordination, and database management (Salesforce CRM, budgeting tools)
**Role Responsibilities:**
_Commercial Reporting & Analysis_
+ _Maintain and update comprehensive commercial reports, including Sales Performance & Execution reporting._
+ Analyse performance data and provide insightful summaries during the Weekly Development (WD) cycle.
_Sales Process Support_
+ Facilitate key business operations such as Contracted Customer Openings, Moves, and Closures.
+ Oversee operational performance through surveys and cycle briefs to ensure alignment with DLC strategic priorities.
_Customer Information Management_
+ Collaborate with internal departments to source accurate customer information.
+ Database management including Salesforce CRM and Budgeting.
_Depletions & Invoicing Coordination_
+ Manage the depletions process for DLC Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies.
+ Coordinate internal invoicing processes with Commercial teams while maintaining compliance standards.
_Ad-hoc Support_
+ Provide ad-hoc support to commercial sales representatives for internal queries, fostering strong internal relationships.

**Territory Management:**

**Continuous process and tech stack improvement:**
+ Proactively identify gaps in processes, suggest improvements and lead the implementation including liaising with technical teams, Sales, Finance, Legal to deliver gain in productivity and revenue growth
+ Monitor Account and Opportunity assignment compliance to rules to ensure compensation is calculated accurately every month
+ Evaluate new technologies and data sources to enhance data quality and actionability
**Data-Driven Storytelling & Insights:**
+ Proactively analyse sales and partner data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance revenue performance and team productivity
+ Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
**Qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
+ 4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
+ Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems
+ Effective communicator who can break down complex technical concepts into simple terms for various stakeholders
+ Strong business acumen and understanding of direct and partner-driven sales models
+ Must be able to lawfully work within the country of employment and have unrestricted work authorization for that country.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Strong proficiency in Salesforce
+ Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
+ Experience managing territories and quotas in a complex sales environment
