Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytically driven Senior Sales Operations Specialist for a fully remote position. This role is crucial in supporting the sales team by optimizing sales processes, managing sales tools, and providing critical data insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, CRM management, data analysis, and process improvement, with the ability to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness from any location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team by managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Develop and maintain sales processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership to drive performance.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting processes.
  • Manage sales collateral and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible to the sales team.
  • Onboard and train new sales team members on sales processes, tools, and systems.
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and seamless handoffs.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
