We are supporting a fast-growing cloud and compute organisation as they continue to expand their UK delivery function. This role sits within a central Delivery/Portfolio team and offers the opportunity to work across cutting-edge cloud, compute and data centre initiatives.


The Role


You’ll act as an Agile Scrum Master and Delivery Lead, working alongside Product Owners, Technical Leadership and Portfolio Management to ensure delivery excellence. This is not a “pure Scrum Master” role. The client is seeking a pragmatic, hands-on operator who can flex across delivery, governance and coaching.


Key Responsibilities


• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, quarterly planning)

• Support the governance model with RAID management, reporting and portfolio alignment

• Work with cross-functional teams on cloud, compute, infrastructure and HPC projects

• Run workshops to improve governance, agile practices and portfolio maturity

• Coach teams on agile adoption, tailoring approach to team maturity and delivery context

The Person
