Overview:

The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of customers, some sports accounts, and various fashion accounts. This role requires taking full responsibility for end-to-end account management for certain customers, while collaborating closely and receiving support from the team lead on others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle responsibility for assigned customer accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and business growth.
  • Collaborate with and support team members to manage shared accounts effectively.
  • Obtain detailed briefs from customers and accurately communicate these requirements to the design team.
  • Present design concepts and solutions back to clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations and objectives.

We are seeking an individual to work closely with the Account Director and the client's business units to support all IP and brand asset management. This will include supporting approvals both internally and externally, utilising the client's centralised digital asset management platform.

  • Provide support in coordinating with the client's internal business units, subsidiaries, and external partners to review and approve all sponsorship-related content prior to publication or use.

Project Setup & Management


  • Supports the setting up of projects at the beginning of each contract as directed by the senior team member. Ensure it is approved by the responsible Client Services Director
  • Ensure the signed client contract is appropriated filed, with clear scope, deliverables and schedule
  • Ensure no work is scheduled until a signed project agreement is received from the client Scheduling
  • Schedule projects into the studio efficiently according to available budget, working back from project deadlines
  • Ensure time is allocated for clear briefings, a focus on scope and deliverables


Client Relations


  • Provide outstanding service and build client confidence
  • Maintain positive, long-term, and productive relationships with clients
  • Develop creative briefing documents, project management documents and business proposals
  • Ensure that all client requests are executed efficiently


Project Reconciliations


  • Reconcile project progress against scope, schedule, and budget on a weekly and monthly basis as directed by the senior team member
  • Generate formal scope reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Ensure that the Client Services Director has clear project updates ahead of the weekly finance meeting. Be ready and able to offer accurate information at these meetings in a supporting capacity
  • Ensure Client Service Directors are updated on a monthly basis on client satisfaction and project progress


Project Expenses


  • Work with the Finance Department to ensure all project expenses are captured and recharged to the client where applicable
  • Ensure all project expenses are approved by the Client Services Director and by the client in writing before committing to any expense


Project Review


  • Support Directors in identifying areas for improvement during or following the completion of a project
  • Review Harvest time tracked and monitor scope to ensure project stages are completed and any out-of-scope requirements are identified and flagged with Client Services Directors before work is undertaken
  • Flag when a project is outside of scope and work to support the Client Service Director to ensure additional fees or re-allocation of fees is agreed


Administration


  • Maintains tidy project folders, follows file naming protocol and weekly submission of timesheets
  • Maintains a tidy workspace and also supports in keeping the studio tidy and organised

Fantastic opportunity to join an exciting leading RegTech (Regulatory Software) who provide services to the buy and sell side covering Market and Trade Surveillance. You will be part of a dynamic team that wants to build upon there already strong hold within the market providing these core regulatory services.


Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to build on an already strong client list and drive sales forward throughout Europe and Asia.

In this role you will be responsible for establishing new relationships and strengthen connections already in place, leading change through policy and compliance changes.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key client relationships
  • Identify and report on new business development opportunities
  • Represent the business at conferences and industry events
  • Develop strong internal relationships with other Sales divisions to promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Contribute towards the development of Surveillance Strategy


Knowledge / Experience

  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Account/Relationship Management or equivalent
  • We are seeking candidates with market experience and knowledge of the Surveillance, Regulatory Reporting,
  • Have a strong understanding of the Capital Market. Having broad based knowledge around Best Execution and Surveillance
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills to interact and influence different internal departments, senior management and clients
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking: ability to analyse complex issues, challenge others ideas and come up with own suggestions
  • Strong ability to deliver
  • Be innovative and take initiative
  • Clients focus: excellent network of customer contacts, ability to understand their needs and to deliver
