Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong focus on sustainable design.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit mandatory), AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of building physics, energy modeling, and sustainable construction practices.
- Experience with environmental assessment methods (BREEAM, LEED, Passivhaus).
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction law.
- Excellent technical detailing and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in a hybrid work setting.
- Professional membership (e.g., CIAT) is highly desirable.
