Job Summary

The EA and Ops Manager provides high-level executive assistance to our Executives while managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the agency. Working closely with the Director of Operations, this role requires an experienced and efficient individual who has a strategic mindset and is able to support the Director of Operations, helping to inform and help the Exec Board roll-out vital business decisions and initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Support in prepping for all major moments, including company meetings, financial reviews, and major client meetings.

Strategic Planning:

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, organizational, and project support to the CEO. This position requires excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Calendar Management

  • Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, prioritize appointments, and coordinate internal/external meetings
  • Organize complex travel arrangements (domestic & international), including itineraries and logistics
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations


Communication & Liaison

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient information flow


Operational Support

  • Support strategic projects and provide assistance in the preparation of presentations, briefings, and reports
  • Assist in the planning and execution of key events, off-sites, and leadership meetings
  • Track and follow up on CEO's strategic priorities and key initiatives
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
  • Welcome VIP guests and coordinate office visits


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English (Advanced Turkish is required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional discretion and a proactive mindset
  • Experience in tech or consulting companies is a plus
