- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional understanding of financial modelling, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
- Ability to influence and drive change across a complex organisation.
- Familiarity with various business models and industry dynamics.
