- Developing MDM strategies and solution blueprints for IDMC implementations in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Creating innovative Informatica value propositions, Go-To-Market offerings, and accelerators across the full IDMC technology suite, including Data Governance, Data Catalogue, Data Quality, MDM, Data Migration and Analytics.
- Building internal capability, including developing propositions, training materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaborating with Capgemini consultants and programme managers to design tailored solutions that leverage IDMC-packaged content while safeguarding clients’ core needs and competitive edge.
- Consulting on complex solution designs and re-engineering business processes to support MDM implementations.
- Analysing master data requirements, integrating data, and performing advanced data mapping activities.
- Designing and developing MDM components, identifying underlying data issues through Data Quality tool outputs.
- Providing strategic guidance to clients to support informed technology decisions.

Your Skills and Experience
- Extensive business acumen developed through collaboration with C-suite executives and senior leaders across diverse industries and functional areas.
- Deep technical expertise in Informatica IDMC, including CGDC, CDP/CDQ, MDM SaaS, and CDI/CAI applications covering the full development lifecycle. Similar experience of additional enterprise data management technologies would be an advantage.
- Proven leadership in managing large, distributed teams, with hands-on experience in global delivery environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering complex transformation programmes, leading design and development efforts using the full IDMC technology stack.
- Strong domain knowledge across key data areas such as Customer, Product, Vendor, Asset, etc. with experience as a functional and technical consultant applying both standard and innovative approaches in IDMC implementations.
- Experience architecting and delivering scalable solutions as part of data-driven transformation initiatives using Informatica IDMC.
