Your opportunity
Working collaboratively as part of the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, this individual will be responsible for the following key areas:
+ Digital marketing production:
+ Manage the marketing automation and e-mail marketing programme and ongoing activity for organic and paid

This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and foster customer engagement for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for managing all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, a proven track record of successful campaign management, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. This position requires a proactive approach, creativity, and a strong command of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across various platforms to meet client objectives.
  • Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, and website copy.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, account managers, and clients to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
