**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system.

**Job Title: Multi Skilled MECH biased Engineer**

The role will be to provide an effective planned and reactive mechanical and multi skilled maintenance/repairs to a clients' site. To complete processes and procedures to ensure both Business/client satisfaction and perception. Ensure site compliance with local legislations and provide planned and reactive maintenance to site assets. Build close working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery above expectations. The Role

- Awareness of Statutory Compliance requirements in line with HTM / Industry Standards.
- Provide RP/AP/CP duties as necessary as part of the Operational team for controlled specialist electrical system to include but not limited to – HV, LV, Lifts, Emergency lighting systems, Data systems, Fire alarm systems.
- To deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the relevant guidelines and service levels, for example, SFG20 HTM aligned.
