This is a high-impact advisory role for a recognised expert in Women’s Health. You will shape and guide the delivery of care across peri/menopause, reproductive health (including PCOS and fertility), and midlife preventative services. You’ll support clinical quality, innovation, and safe service design within a digital health context. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve outcomes for women and represent Numan in clinical, policy, and public arenas.nResponsibilities

Providing strategic clinical guidance across women’s health services, particularly around midlife and preventative care.nAdvising senior leaders, including the CEO and Clinical Director, on risk, safety, and clinical effectiveness.nHelping to shape clinical models that align with best practice and current evidence.nContributing to the development of new services by integrating real-world evidence, clinical insights, and innovation opportunities.nRepresenting Numan in clinical forums, research initiatives, and media engagements to help advance women’s health at scale.nQualifications

A current or recent background as a consultant-level physician with expertise in endocrinology, women’s health, or sexual health.nExperience in clinical leadership roles within regulated or innovative healthcare environments.nA strong understanding of digital healthcare models, especially those supporting preventative and primary care.nThe ability to advise executive teams, guide strategic direction, and contribute to clinical governance at a senior level.nA commitment to improving access, safety, and quality of care through data-informed, person-centred models.nNice to have

Advisory experience for healthtech, medtech, or life sciences organisations.nFamiliarity with the UK healthcare regulations and frameworks (e.g. MHRA, NICE, CQC).nExperience with preventative health, personalised care pathways, or health behaviour change.nMembership or Fellowship of the British Menopause Society or equivalent clinical recognition.nDiversity at Numan

My Banking client is seeking to recruit a Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert on an initial 6 month contract to be based in either London, Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh (2x days per week onsite).

The Data Resilience team are working to deliver an initiative that will maximise the capability of the Dynatrace platform and ensure full End-to-End Monitoring coverage exists across the Group's business-critical applications. We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Admin/Consultant to play a key role in the enablement of observability across complex, hybrid cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynatrace implementation (SaaS and On-Premises), monitoring configuration, and AI-driven insights to support performance, reliability, and business alignment.

You will:

* Collaborate with EMAS to analyse Dynatrace coverage of critical assets.

Job location: Open to primary location being based anywhere in the UK and Ireland


Responsibilities

  • Conduct Industrial Hygiene qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments
  • Conduct engineering controls/local exhaust systems evaluation, ergonomics assessments and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) evaluations.
  • Conduct EHS audits and broad EHS assessments.
  • Assist in implementing and managing Industrial Hygiene programs at client sites.
  • Prepare concise technical reports on the assessments conducted and provide recommendations to eliminate hazards or reduce workplace risk.
  • Interpret routine Industrial Hygiene and Safety requirements and regulations.
  • Assist Project Manager in coordinating, planning, and executing projects.
  • Develop business with new and existing clients.

Education/ Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, EHS, chemical engineering or related field.
  • Early career professionals welcome to apply. Ideally, 3-10 years of experience in Industrial Hygiene or EHS role in a manufacturing environment, consulting or corporate role.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Board Certification such as CIH/ CSP or LFOH/DipOH certification (or an intent to obtain certification within 1 year) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong fundamentals in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
  • Ability to make decisions based on sound reasoning skills.
  • Ability to plan, implement and prioritize projects
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of professionals at client sites
  • Ability to travel upto 50% of time within the UK, Ireland and globally.
