Your leadership will be crucial in showcasing our kitchenware products while driving sales and creating a vibrant store atmosphere.

    This is a new store opening in Plymouth in October 2025.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales and achieve targets through excellent team performance.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
    • Analyse sales trends to formulate strategies for improvement and growth.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in retail management from a similar retailer is preferable.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
    • You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
