Production Supervisor – Graphics
Leeds – up to £35,000

We are working with a well established graphics and vehicle branding business based in Leeds. They specialise in fleet wraps, chevron kits and custom signage solutions and have built a reputation for quality and reliability. They are now looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team.

This role will see you take responsibility for supporting and overseeing the day to day running of the graphics production workshop. You will assist the Head of Graphics, coordinate workflow, and make sure jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The role

  • Oversee daily production and support operatives where required

  • Operate large format digital printers, cutters and laminators

  • Produce designs, layouts and print ready files for vehicle wraps and signage using CorelDraw

  • Monitor scheduling of jobs, order stock, and track completed work

  • Liaise with customers and the internal sales team to resolve queries

  • Motivate and support the production team, maintaining a culture of quality and continuous improvement

  • Ensure health and safety standards and good housekeeping are maintained

The person

  • At least three years of experience in a graphics production workshop

  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and products

  • Good design skills with CorelDraw

  • Organised, proactive and confident in managing workload and deadlines

  • Leadership qualities with a hands on approach
