Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
  • Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory management through regular checks and reconciliation.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety procedures within the warehouse.
  • Manage workload distribution and staff scheduling to meet operational demands.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Operate and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and secure warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory control and management techniques.
