This company is a high growth start-up, producing sustainable and affordable products which they sell across multiple channels. This is a newly created role, reporting into the Operations directly, with a broad range of responsibilities, including process improvement, 3PL ownership & Inventory Management. Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through the supply chain — from suppliers and warehouses to customers. Oversee 3PL performance, ensuring SLAs are met across distribution, returns, and reverse logistics. Foster strong supplier relationships to maintain quality standards, reliable lead times, and open communication.
