We are looking for the following as a Gifted and Talented Teaching Assistant:
- A graduate from a Russell group university - achieving a 1st Class or 2:1 Classification
- Strong Academic Track Record - A-Bs at A-Level etc
- An intense passion and desire to inspire young people
- A deep understanding of challenges pupils face from aforementioned backgrounds
- Long-term ambitions to work within education whether that's: Teaching, Education Policy / Research, Lecturing, Educational Psychology or similar ambitions
- Resilience, positivity and a can-do attitude in the face of day-to-day challenges
