Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead their recruitment efforts for various high-level positions across the organization. This role, based remotely but with potential occasional travel to Brighton, East Sussex, UK , requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will be instrumental in attracting top-tier talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and enhancing our client's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job description creation and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking, database utilization, and industry engagement.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Expertise in using various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
  • Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with employer branding strategies is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, AIRS) is a plus.
