This booking is working 6 days in row - no days off for this period. There will be an induction day either 1 or 2 weeks before the scheduled working.
Assisting the market leading student accommodation provider with their new arrivals who will be starting their first year at university.
There are 4 sites across the city requiring assistance
The role itself will be to ensure families and students receive great customer service and are welcomed to the area, providing them with directions to the halls and other areas of the university.
Start date:
30th of August - 6th of September - This is a short term assignment.
Working hours 10:00 - 16:00
Site locations:
x 2Candidates required @ Brass Foundersaccomodation
x 3 candidates required @ St Vincents accomodation
x 3 candidates required @ Westhill Hall accomodation
x 2 candidates required @Archways accomodation
Duties will include:
- Meeting/greeting
- Welcoming students and family members
- Show new arrivals to their room
- Room inspections
- Auditing rooms
- Emptying bins in the communal areas
- Ensuring the halls are tidy for the next wave of people over the coming days
- You will be on your feet most of the day so comfortable footwear is advised - There is also heavy lifting involved.
