Reeson Education is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support to a Year 6 pupil with ADHD in a friendly primary school setting. As a Teaching Assistant , you will work closely with the pupil to help manage their learning, behaviour, and emotional needs, ensuring they are supported in achieving their full potential. This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is empathetic, patient, and skilled at working with pupils who have ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to a Year 6 pupil with ADHD.
  • Implement strategies to support learning, behaviour, and emotional well-being.
  • Work alongside teachers to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist in lesson preparation and classroom activities as directed by the teacher.

Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: M30 Salford, Greater Manchester
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch break)
Salary: 13.69 - 15.83 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella)

Reeson Education is looking for a dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Salford (M30) . This is a full-time, long-term role providing support across various classes and year groups, assisting pupils with a range of learning needs.

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide teaching assistant support across different year groups, adapting to the needs of each class.

  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils with their learning and engagement.

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons, preparing resources, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

  • Support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs , including those with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.

  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive social interactions.

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support for individual students.

  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant in a school setting.
