About You:
- Level 5 Qualification or equivalent work experience
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within production
- Proven ability to lead a department, processes, or projects
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- In-depth knowledge of best practices and relevant systems within production
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Methodical and structured approach to planning, reporting, and organisation
- Experience with SAP business systems is a plus
