- Implementation of agile processes according to standardised SaFe Agile framework
- Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, daily stand up, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
- Support scrum team by removing impediments.
- Working closely with requirement engineers to understand business requirements and manage e2e implementation within JIRA
Skill requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and best practices
- Experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using microservices
