We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Solutions Operations Analyst to lead strategic data-driven initiatives within the EMEA Technical Solutions organization. This role is pivotal in transforming how we leverage data analytics to drive operational excellence, process automation, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, technically skilled, and strategic leader with a proven track record in data analytics, advanced reporting, and program management in a technology-driven environment.
**Your Impact**
+ Lead end-to-end analytics program management, including the design, implementation, and optimization of data-driven processes and dashboards for the Technical Solutions organization.
+ Develop and automate complex reports and analytical dashboards using advanced tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, SQL, Python)
+ Translate business needs into actionable data insights, proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to inform executive decision-making
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Product, and Engineering to ensure data integrity, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives
+ Author high-quality executive summaries, strategic documents, and presentations to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
+ Drive continuous process improvement through data mining, statistical analysis, and the implementation of automation solutions
+ Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and support business objectives
+ Ensure best practices in data governance, quality, and security are maintained across all analytics initiatives
+ Mentor and train team members on advanced analytics tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement
**Your Experience**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field or equivalent military experience required
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics program management, data analytics, or a similar role within a technology or consulting environment
+ Demonstrated expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce Analytics, ETL processes)
+ Proven ability to automate complex reporting tasks and build scalable, repeatable analytics solutions.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
+ Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error-free, high-impact analytical work
+ Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to independently identify, prioritize, and drive high-value initiatives

+ Work with your Area Sales VP to develop a technical strategy that accelerates growth of pipeline and sales. Identify key verticals, markets, use cases, and solutions to focus on, and devise a comprehensive strategy and engagement model tailored to the Region (UK, Ireland, Benelux and Nordics).
+ Develop and maintain positive relationships with Palo Alto Networks' partners (reseller, distribution, system integrators, and alliances) through the design, drive and measure of various initiatives (training, evaluation installations, to improve sales productivity through partners, also with focus on ensuring partners drive products in new technology areas

**What to Expect**
Our ten week Summer Internship programme is designed to provide you with a unique insight into banking. Starting off with a week of technical training, you'll gain a deep understanding of our products and markets. Then armed with this knowledge, you will then join our Technology Innovation Management Team
As part of a select intake, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry and will be allocated a buddy to make sure you have all the support to get the most out of the summer internship. Our Summer Internship Programme acts as a pipeline for our full time Analyst programme and a successful summer intern may receive an offer to join our full time Analyst Programme the following year.

Key responsibilities will include:

Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits is essential. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization technologies, APIs, and general IT infrastructure is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are paramount, along with a strategic and customer-centric mindset. Since this is a remote-first position, you must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team. Experience in working with enterprise-level clients and a passion for solving challenging technical problems are highly desirable.
