About the Role:nOur client, a forward-thinking not-for-profit organisation, is seeking an experienced

Technology Solutions Architect

to lead the optimisation, integration, and strategic development of their business systems. This is a senior, hands-on role for a true expert in technology platforms who can combine strategic oversight with practical implementation.nYou will be responsible for maximising the functionality of existing systems, integrating new platforms, ensuring security and compliance, and managing external suppliers to deliver high-quality technology solutions. You will also manage a small internal team and play a key role in shaping the organisation's long-term technology strategy.

Must-Have Expertise:nProven experience as a Technology Solutions Architect or senior systems integrator.nDeep understanding of business systems integration, data flows, and interoperability (Salesforce, HR, Finance, and cloud platforms).nExperience managing external suppliers and SLAs, contracts, and KPIs.nHands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple platforms.nStrong knowledge of information security principles and GDPR compliance.nKey Responsibilities:nLead system integration projects and drive continuous improvements across platforms.nAct as the primary liaison between internal teams and external technology providers.nManage day-to-day operations of business systems, ensuring stability, governance, and security.nIdentify opportunities to optimise processes and technology functionality.nProvide leadership, mentorship, and development for team members.nOversee technology budgets and manage vendor contracts effectively.nSupport a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing technology function aligned with organisational goals.nAbout You:nStrategic thinker with hands-on expertise in multiple platforms.nExcellent communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.nStrong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives.nFlexible, proactive, and committed to delivering value in a not-for-profit environment.nWhy Join Our Client:nThis is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the organisation's technology landscape, shaping its future systems strategy while making a tangible impact in a purpose-driven organisation.
