The Role

The Technology PM will manage and support a range of retail technology and digital projects across multiple brands and platforms. This involves project coordination, sensor based interactive technology implementation, digital content management and technical knowledge for multiple clients across the Outform group.


Job Title : Technology Project Manager

Key Responsibilities


Technology Project Coordination

Lead project planning and scheduling across technology initiatives.

Coordinate resources and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Manage budgets and project scope to ensure timely delivery.

Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues efficiently.

Oversee testing, quality assurance, and documentation processes.

Digital Content

  Manage digital content using various CMS platforms.

 Perform content checks, adaptations, and implementation within CMS.

 Maintain and optimize the digital estate across multiple brands.

 Generate reports on connectivity, user engagement, and analytics.

 Technology Service Management

 Diagnose and resolve technical faults across hardware and software.

 Liaise with partners and vendors to ensure service continuity.

 Conduct on-site visits for troubleshooting and maintenance.

 Manage hardware/software upkeep and lifecycle.

 Create and oversee Statements of Work (SOW) and maintenance agreements.


Key Skills and Experience

Strong project management and organizational skills from a retail design / retail technology background

Experience with interactive technologies, CMS platforms and digital content workflows.

Technical aptitude in fault diagnosis and service coordination.
