Experience:

- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, O365 Administration, and telephone systems (Five9 & Mitel)
Desirable experience:
- Financial Services (Insurance) background with an understanding of Open GI, Acturis or CDL.

Main duties of the job
