What You’ll Do


  • Serve as the main liaison for customers throughout Professional Services projects, from initiation through delivery.

  • Keep CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems up to date with project progress and details.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients, technical engineers, and project managers.
  • Ensure key deadlines and milestones are met through diligent project admin and communication.
  • Support customers during testing phases, offering clear guidance and handling any issues or escalations.
  • Maintain and share all project documentation to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, Accounts, and Marketing, to ensure seamless delivery and feedback.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Professional Services function.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset throughout all aspects of project delivery.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within Professional Services or a SaaS/software environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on delivering value and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining clear documentation throughout projects.
  • Customer support experience, particularly in guiding users through testing and troubleshooting phases.
  • Bonus if you have experience in data transfer or software implementation projects, basic project management skills, or exposure to the care/health industries.
