Purpose of the role
As an IT Project Manager at Movianto, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects related to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Web Solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for WMS, TMS, and Web Solutions projects.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and clearly define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Manage project resources, including internal teams and external contractors, to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
WMS, TMS, and Web Solutions Expertise:
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Web Solutions to guide project implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customise and configure solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Ensure the integration of WMS, TMS, and Web Solutions with existing IT systems and business processes.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication channels with project stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and end-users.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports, highlighting key milestones and issues.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee system functionality and performance.
Change Management:
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during system implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximise system adoption and proficiency.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
Experience/Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Web Solutions.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry regulations is advantageous.

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding Service and Automation team. This is a newly created position designed for an experienced engineer with a strong background in special-purpose or automated machinery, who also enjoys problem-solving and supporting customers.
The role would be ideal for a Commissioning or Service Engineer looking to move into a more office-based, customer-focused environment, or for someone currently in a technical support or supervisory role who wants to continue using their hands-on expertise without direct team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of technical support for customers experiencing equipment issues

- Carry out initial fault diagnosis using remote PLC connections and other diagnostic tools.
- Recommend corrective actions for faults and breakdowns on bespoke automated machinery.

Familiar with ERP and CRM systems.

What the role involves:
As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key strategic contracts, identifying opportunities for consolidating spend and undertaking tendering and contract management opportunities across the IT Software & Cyber Security category.
 
- Continuous maintenance and update of market insight regarding the relevant IS market place, best-practices, trends, key suppliers etc.
