Our client’s highly regarded Commercial & Technology team continues to go from strength to strength and is now looking to appoint a solicitor with 4–5 years’ PQE and strong commercial experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with one of the most recognised and respected partners in Wales.

What you'll be doing
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial & Technology, you’ll be involved in a wide range of work across the commercial and tech space.
Your responsibilities will include advising clients on:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Joint ventures, strategic alliances and collaboration agreements
- Outsourcing and high-value contracts
- Software licensing and distribution
- Digital media and entertainment arrangements
- Franchise, agency, and distribution agreements
- E-commerce and SaaS agreements
- Standard terms of supply and purchase
- Buying and selling businesses
- Agency agreements
- Business development and networking initiatives
What we’re looking for
- A qualified solicitor with 4–5 years’ PQE
- Proven experience in commercial and technology law
- Strong drafting skills and technical knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised with strong file management
